Mr. Woody is an experienced management consulting and information technology executive with deep expertise in large client management, program/project management, solution and P&L delivery responsibilities, sales/business development, and capture. Over the course of a very successful 30-year career with IBM, he held various executive sales and consulting leadership positions within the products and global services divisions spanning numerous industries. Since then, he has held executive positions for other industry leaders such as Vangent/GDIT, Accenture, and MAXIMUS, developing, selling, and delivering solutions and capabilities with a focus on Federal (HHS, DHA, VA, DOD), State, and commercial public health and healthcare initiatives.

Vince is a proven leader in developing and leading sales and delivery teams, developing and delivering new solutions, establishing a market presence for new services and winning customers from competition. He graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
